i have to move outta my parents house and was thinkin of movin to mullingar in order to get a job, i am on social welfare, JSA at the minute, i am means tested at the minute, if i move outta my parents house and into an apartment on my own would i be able to cliam rent allownace or what do i need to do in order to get this ?
